Taking a moment of silent here to wish all beings free from suffering, wishing them well and happy. May this light brightens the hearts of many in the darkess night and moments, wishing them not to give up hope. However bad the situation is, may there be answers and solutions, and may time heal our hearts. Knowing the love ones is in our heart dearly, and they would like to see us happy, please take good care of yourself.

let us once again awakened our hearts
be attentive and understands
to listen with our hearts
there's suffering
but we can heal the suffering
all by joining our hands together
we are connected
let us work together
to help each other and love each other
hold dearly in our hearts
May the world, the mother earth and humans be in harmony again
May we now be more aware how we can make a difference
what we eat, our diet, affects the eco-system
less meat, less waste and polution and more land for crops enough to feed the world.
Hunger can be attended to if only we care
