Helloooo!! all my dearest friends!! Sorry, have not been posting these days. Yes, I went for a little retreat, a 7 day retreat at Ling Yen Temple in Richmond, Canada. Is a good experience. Getting up really early, around 2:45am in the morning, and resting at around 10:30pm.

Also, in this trip, spent some time with my lovely friends in Vancouver. The weather was not too bad, but pretty windy & cold sometimes. I was glad to see cherry blossom blooming even is still quite early in the month of March. Well I took some pictures, hope to share with you at this site.

Just trying to organize myself a bit after the trip, trying to recover from a cold, I shall have some good insights to share later.
