Today, came home feeling very tired for some reason...I think is the weather, is changing back and forth and plus I was out picnic yesterday with my lovely friend Shanae and two cute nieces of hers and one of shanae's friend Vincent. I think I am a little dehydrated given the hot weather. This kind of gathering is rare, I'm glad I discover a pretty nice park near my place, thanks to Shanae, who just came back from Sarnia for a short visit.
Didn't really sleep well these few days, I guess I have too many things on my mind that I was too worried about. I guess everyone have those kind of days where you need to sought things out in the mind and throw away some garbage and rebalance the emotions and energy. We might get worried about the people close to us sometimes, but too much worrying doesn't do us any good. It not only stress us out, it will put the mind in rampage mode...unable to settle down peacefully. I find it true especially when we think of the people we care or love, especially those who are dearest to us. Normally it starts from a small little thought which will link to a chain of thoughts very quickly. Before you know it, you will have the snowballing effect, where your thoughts get bigger and bigger. We can spend our whole day day dreaming and can't snap out of it. Then checking the mind comes in handy. Have to know when to pull yourself back from that stage..many times the things you thought about is just merely illusions. Sometimes got to know when to draw the line where enough is enough. Try to concentrate on the breathing and relax, and you'll be much clearer the mind can be trained back to the peaceful stage. Such blissed!!
However difficult a situation might be that you've to dealt with, it always get solved when you seriously check the flaws of our mind. A lot of times, the greatest barrier that we've build up is actually ourselves. We've to be reasonable. The greatest enemy is also ourselves. No one can hurt us as much as our own mind, it can play havoc in our lives. A problem could be very simple but depends on ourselves, we can make it a big deal....or we can make it quite simple with no complications, depends on how stubborn we're to let go and be in terms and in peace with our mind. So no matter what you do....just have to ask yourself..."do you want peace or who is right that matters". Sometimes who is right or wrong doesn't even matter anymore, is just a matter of opinion. What counts is respect, being reasonable and always be compassionate. Be kind with your thoughts and Be kind to those that pass us by everyday. Life would be so much easier and simpler.
Best regards and wishing you good health and happiness always
