The Long weekend was really good. I was in Richmond and Vancouver, British Columbia. Still remember how the plane took off from the ground. Good weather, 19,000ft off the ground, the tiny houses, the square fields, made me think about our Universe....how big it is.


Things can be so different when you look at a different angle or altitude. Sometimes things may not appear to be what it is, if we only see it through our eyes, what we see would be limited to our physical eyes.....just like the houses that I saw when I was 19,000 ft above...when we see it up near...the houses is big...when we see it above the skies..the houses are so small..because our vision is limited. That's why we need to cultivate and start seeing things with our heart...understand the Universal Truth. The more I learn about Buddha's teaching, the more I understand our mind...and I slowly discover Wisdom. Here is some good read, by Venerable Ajanh Chah.


The visit to Ling Yen Temple was great!! Very unforgettable. Is a short but good retreat. Hope you'll have a chance to visit the temple as well ^^ The morning exercise session was interesting, just reminded me the time in 1998 when I was in Taiwan.
