Is a day of reflection today.

Today, a very touching movie, "Di Jiu Tian Chang(FOREVER AND EVER) was broadcasted by the Canadian Cancer Society. It was about a family, a little boy who had blood cancer. So, he needs to go through everyday injecting drug into his blood. As you could imagine, you can find alot of needle holes on his body. However, he is very positive..going forward each day with great determination. Especially his mom, staring "Slyvia Chang", encouraged him along the way. One day, the boy "Siu Fu" was told a very striking news...one of the blood donator is HIV positive. This make his life situation even worse. He cried out with frustration...asked his mom why he has to go through all this. When he was little...his mom always tell him that he is a very "special boy", that's why he is different from all the other people. In one of the movie clips, he says he doesn't want to die at such a young age..he wants to live longer. His mom says "if you're useless, living longer would be worthless, wouldn't make any difference". This is straight to the heart but is so true. After seeing his friend in the hospital leaving him one by one...the pain in his heart can't be described by words. However, he had live very meaningfully by truly loving the people around him and helping others. His courage and humour allow him to bring many happiness to those people around him. From this movie...the boy's courage, his optimism, hope and love to help others allow him to survive each day with more smiles in his face. This is infact a true story. Must see this movie if you've a chance. I also like the theme song in the movie.

May our heart open up more each day. May we treasure this life and have chance to do more for others.

Having good health and chance to give is truly a blessing. May we use this blessings and create more blessings around us.
