A good quote that I read somewhere in buddhist text, hope to share with you.
"Let me not pray to be sheltered from dangers,
But be fearless in facing them.
Let me not beg for the stilling of my pain,
But for the heart to conquer it.
Let me not crave in anxious fear to be saved,
But hope for the patience to win my freedom"

Today have some little insight came to me when pondering about some questions....

Somethings you can pray for, but some you have to decide for your own.

I used to pray, please guide me to live a meaningful life with "light" always guiding me, please let me not fall into darkness, and may my wisdom grow daily, and may I be able to aid those whose suffering and may I always not forget my bodhi mind and may my compassion increase daily till end of life. I also pray may I be wise to choose a path that is righteous and may I not waste my life away and choose a path that will benefit not only myself but many others to gain happiness and liberate from suffering.

Although I felt that my prayer has been answer that I see the cultivation and compassionate path clearly now. However, I felt that I'm the one who needs to make the final decision and could be the greatest turning point in my life.

If you're searching for enlightenment or buddhahood, you've to choose a path that would lead you there. You've to becareful with every decisions you make, cause the time is running against you. You can choose other path, although it might also leads you to your goals. However, it might take longer to reach your real goals.

So...THE FINAL JOURNEY, the DECISIONS IS YOURS to make, TO BE "ON" THAT PATH....
