Yesterday night...felt very tired...just went to bed really early. Started doing prayer in my heart...reflecting all that has happened so far in my life. As I pray...I'm slowly healing my inner spirit..as I have been so busy and hectic lately. Then I went into deep sleep.


In my dream, lessons were taught to me...I forgot exactly what the lessons were.....but it was based on the "Heart Sutra". Is a very good dream! I didn't want to wake up...but in the end...still have to wake up...because is still a dream. For me...sometimes...in real life..is like a dream too...sometimes don't know what is real...and what is not any more...sometimes life seems so fake. Feelings fleeing...everything that has form in this world wouldn't last for long. The only thing that remain unchanged is our true heart....it is unchanged! What is written in the Heart Sutra is so true. Hope you've a chance to read it and reflect your daily thoughts on it...and you'll realize what it says about this world and our heart is so true.
