Morning Reflection:
This morning was hectic..got up really early at 5:30am and ready for work. On the way to work, I normally have to walk for around 5min, climbing stairs, taking the elevator etc...while up the stairs...I saw two youngsters lying on the floor. I guess they must have slept there overnight. Knowing that the weather is cold..luckly they still have a shelter. I quietly walk by them to avoid waking them up. I wish I had blankets and some food with me at that time. However, I was late for work..so I just continue running at the direction I'm heading towards. While running...I just thought how lucky I am to have warm clothings and food to eat. My heart go to those who are less fortunate and for those who are involved in the war or who are suffering at this very moment. I hope I can do more eventually.
The rest of the day:
Finally, after such a long wait...I'm very excited and happy that I have been added to the ricebowljournal, an asian online journaling community. Member ID 2286 was given to me.
Today, also very happy, cause I got sherry's email. She hasn't write me such a long email..since..don't know when, and is good to share her thoughts and know what she is doing right now. When you miss someone, either your family members or close friends, it feels good when they say they miss you too. So I guess it doesn't hurt to express your feelings out and let them know how much you care about them. I guess everyone has only one life and only one chance to express yourself. I think one of life's greatest lesson is to learn how to care and love the people around you. That's only natural to say you care and you love them. But this culture might not be so accepted all over the world. If this world could be more caring and loving...there wouldn't be so much suffering.
May there be always love and peace in our hearts.
